Below are some of the common questions asked.
How do I schedule a tour?
To schedule a tour, you can fill out our Reservations form. Then our Event Manager will get back to you promptly to schedule a tour with you.
Are there building hosts on-site for events?
Yes. Each rental requires an on-site host before, during and after your event. This host ensures that the building is ready before, runs smoothly during, and is reset after your event. This is a separate fee, negotiated with you prior to booking based on the scale and needs of your event.
How do I get pricing information?
Pricing can vary depending on the season and whether or not you are a for profit or non-profit organization. By filling out our Reservations form, our Event Manager can properly quote your event for you.
Can I bring in my own decor?
Yes, of course. We encourage every rental client to make the space "their own" - pending approval by our Event Manager. We can also provide you with floral, balloon and other vendor recommendations. Every space within 602 VENUE is minimally furnished with the intent of being an easily adaptable space for any occasion.
Can I bring outside catering?
Yes, definitely. 602 VENUE can be booked with open use of the vendors of your choosing. We can provide you with local catering recommendations as well. All event waste should be hauled away to our on-site dumpster.
Is alcohol allowed on-site?
You can bring beer and wine onto the premises, with a security guard present during your event.
Do you require security?
Security is not a requirement for any event rental unless beer/wine is present. We do always encourage having security at any event where minors or vulnerable audiences might be.
What payment options are available?
Credit payments can be made to 602 VENUE online with a 3.567% convenience fee. Cash and checks are also accepted. In certain cases, payment plans can also be possible on a case-by-case basis.
Can Good City Coffee be open during my event?
Yes! If you are interested in using Good City Coffee as a vendor for your event, let us know when filling our your Reservations form. Good City Coffee can accommodate anything from full-service speciality drinks to drip coffee stations.
